Space planning in interior design starts with how a room actually gets used — zones, sightlines, circulation, furniture layouts. We resolve those before the visual work begins, so the finished room feels effortless to live in.

Photoreal 3D interior design renders and mood boards let you walk a room before it is built. We model every finish, light source, and reflection so decisions are made on the screen, not on site.

Technical Drawings
Full interior design technical drawings — floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, electrical layouts, joinery details. Contractors build from one coordinated set, not from guesswork, which is how projects stay on budget.

Material Curation
We source stone, timber, brass, plaster, and textile in person — Italian marble, European oak, custom plasters — through long-standing fabricators in Italy, the UAE, and across Europe. Every finish is specified, not guessed.

Project Direction
OTILÌA holds the project from concept to handover — coordinating fit-out contractors, joiners, and artisans across the UAE so the design arrives on site exactly as drawn, on schedule, on budget.

Bespoke Furniture
Bespoke furniture and joinery, made in Abu Dhabi to our drawings. When a piece does not exist for the room, we design it — kitchens, libraries, dressing rooms, one-off cabinetry — built by hand, made to measure.
